About Jen

Meet Jen Navon, functional health coach for endometriosis, gut, and hormone health

I spent years searching for the answers I now help women find. I've lived through gut issues, endometriosis, and a missing cycle, and I know how lonely it feels when nobody can tell you what's wrong.

Jen Navon is a former high school math teacher who became a functional health coach after years of her own gut, endometriosis, and hormone symptoms.

If you feel dismissed, I've been there

For years I was the patient with the "normal" labs and the symptoms nobody could explain. I tried the diets, sat through the appointments, and had surgery, and I still didn't have my cycle back. What finally helped was someone looking at the whole picture and working through it in the right order.

That's what I do for my clients now. I share my story so you know I'm not guessing about what you're going through.

  • 200+ clients served
  • 90% overall symptom improvement
  • 8X more face-to-face time than with your physician, on average

My story

How I got here

  1. 2019

I was training hard and came off hormonal birth control. My period disappeared, and my gut was a mess.

  2. 2020

I hired my first functional health coach. We found SIBO, gut dysbiosis, and candida overgrowth. My first gut protocol worked, but my cycles were still irregular.

  3. 2021

On-and-off GI pain and pelvic floor pain led to an endometriosis diagnosis and excision surgery.

  4. 2022

Almost a year after surgery, I still didn't have a period, and I felt inflamed all the time.

  5. 2023

I tried fasting work to calm my immune system. I felt better physically, and still no period.

  6. 2024

We discovered we were living in mold. We moved out, and for the first time in three years, I ovulated. I got pregnant right away.

  7. 2025

My son was born. Postpartum hit hard, and I'd gained 50 pounds.

  8. 2026

The postpartum weight is gone, my cycle is regular, and I'm in the best health of my life.

Why I left teaching

From math teacher to functional health coach

I loved teaching high school math, and I wasn't running from it. Health and fitness had been my passion long before it was my job, and after watching what root-cause work did for my own body, I couldn't stop thinking about the women still stuck where I'd been. So I invested in myself and became a functional health practitioner.

The teacher part never left. I explain the why behind every change we make, because when you understand your body, you can take care of it long after we're done working together.

My values

What I believe

  1. You deserve to be believed

Your symptoms are real even when your labs read normal. My calls stay judgment-free and honest.

  2. Healing happens in the right order

Calm the nervous system first, then detox, then the gut, then hormones. Skipping ahead is why so many protocols fall apart.

  3. Nutrition should expand, not shrink

Strategic phases exist to give you more flexibility over time, never to keep you on a restrictive diet forever.

"My mission is to give women real answers, strategic protocols, and the tools they need to take back control of their health for good."
